The term pirate radio usually refers to illegal or unregulated radio transmissions. Dirt track races and bikes gone wild! How many times have you seen this happen at your local track? Sometimes it does, without the funny sound effects on this video. I would not have believed this until I saw it. This bike is on it’s own. (I know it is not Halloween, so excuse the Happy Halloween statement.)
